I’m a big fan of super heroes. Batman and Iron Man are my favorites. I also love “super” foods. Oatmeal is a wonderful super food and is great on cold days like today! It has tons of fiber that protects your heart (yay, Heart Health month!), makes you feel full until lunch, and even reduces your risk for cancer. But personally I find it a little plain. Wolverine toppings (Vitamin C for healing): strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples
Iron Man toppings (iron for strength and energy): raisins, peanut butter, sunflower seeds
Hulk toppings (healthy fats for a healthy heart): flax seed, almond butter, chia seed, pecans
Mr. Fantastic toppings (calcium & Vitamin D for growing bones): milk, almonds, soy milk
