It may be cold and maybe even snowy, but it doesn’t mean you can’t start growing plants now for spring! Put a little dirt in a small pot or even in a cardboard toilet paper tube with the bottom closed. Plant a seed, put it in a bright, warm spot and keep the water moist. Check it every day to see if anything sprouts! I planted these two eggplant seeds and after 8 days, they sprouted! I’m excited to plant them outside when the weather is warm. What do you want to start growing for spring?
